IGY is the only LGBTQ+ youth and young adult movement in Israel.
If you want a place to be who you are, meet friends, volunteer and build a community – IGY is the place for you!
Since its establishment in 2002, IGY has become the largest LGBTQ+ organization in Israel, with activities from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat. IGY creates an equal, inclusive and more just Israeli society with an impact on more than 45,000 teenagers, young people, parents, teachers and adults per year.
And where are you in this story?
Join one of our 100 weekly groups across the country, come to our youth clubs, participate in leadership programs or a year of service, go on trips and seminars or come to guide and influence the future generation of the LGBTQ+ community and Israeli society. There is a place for everyone at IGY, with dedicated groups for the trans community, Arabic speakers, religious groups, and LGBTQ+ people from the Ethiopian community.
